Custom Colors
Pattern: Meadow (Custom)
~We offer custom colors on many of our patterns. We can match your color samples or adapt a design to blend with your fabric samples. Custom colors can be submitted for approval by you prior to shipping and kits are not returnable once approved by you. Custom orders require a deposit of 50%. Custom colors are not available through the online store. Please call us or email to initiate the process. The set-up charge for custom colors is $35.00. The cost for submitting wool samples prior to shipping is an additional $5.00. We carry 360 lush DMC tapestry wool yarns so we can match nearly any color you submit to us.
~Allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery. If we do not have a particular color in stock and it is available from our supplier, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of the kit.
Custom Upholstery & Rugs
Pattern: Sampler (Custom)
~Custom upholstery orders need to include your paper pattern or a retrieved upholstery fabric so we can match the required size. Sample custom colors are submitted for approval by you prior to shipping.
~Allow 4-6 weeks for custom adaptation of existing patterns for upholstery or rugs. The set-up charge for custom designs varies by complexity of pattern and size requirements. Cost is determined when you contact us with your requirements. Custom work is not returnable and requires a deposit of 50%.
~While we only show a few patterns, many more of our designs lend themselves to being adapted to upholstery or rugs. Please inquire on any particular pattern. Please also visit our Terms and Policies page.
Custom Work to the trade
~We offer custom design and finished stitched pillows for residences, clubs and hotel public spaces to the trade. Designs and colors are submitted for approval prior to stitching and require a deposit of 50%. The finished stitched material is then delivered to your workroom with our instructions for our finishing technique. Please allow 12-14 weeks for delivery of existing patterns and additional time for custom designs. Approximate stitching costs range from $0.50 to $0.60 per square inch in addition to the kit cost. Custom work is not returnable.

Finishing Service
~We offer finishing service on our own kits in the USA only.
Send us your backing, trim & zipper, or let us choose from our inventory of more than 20 colors of cotton velvet and 2 colors of linen, available with self welting only. Allow 4-6 weeks for finishing. The finishing price schedule below includes our fabric, zipper and self welt trim.
~We currently offer custom pillow forms in 90% feather/10% down with 100% cotton covers for select sizes in our collection. Pillow inserts are not available through the online store. Please inquire for available pillow sizes and cost.
PRICE SCHEDULE FOR FINISHING pillow kits USING OUR MATERIALS:
~To determine the cost for your pillow kit, measure across the bottom or top edge and one of the side edges and multiply the width times the height of the stitched size to result in total square inches (w x ht = square inches). Please add $12.50 for shipping to the price shown below.
